Meet our Team

Simon joined Sir Issac Newton Sixth Form in September 2017 following a breadth of experience that spans over 20 years within both the education and public sectors.

Following graduation as a Graphic Designer Simon channelled his creative energy towards a strategic community support role, which saw him advance as a qualified Lead Youth Support Worker, managing and delivering various projects in and around the Broadland and Central Districts.

This position complimented key roles that followed in secondary education as an HLTA within SEND, EAL coordination, as well as an Assistant Practitioner for Social Services with the Adult LD Team.

The role as Pastoral Mentor at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form has enabled specific skills and qualities from each of these past positions to be integrated, with an undeterred objective of empowering young people to have a voice, whilst gaining the necessary support and tools to navigate life's journey.
